Introduction of leadership:Lao Kejun, male, Han nationality, born in September 1963, Cixi, Zhejiang Province, took part in work in August 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1985, on-the-job graduate degree. He was once Mayor and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Andong Town of Cixi City; Standing Committee of Cixi Municipal Party Committee and Permanent Vice-Mayor of Tibet Autonomous Region such as County Committee and Executive Vice-County; Assistant Mayor of Cixi City (Vice-Municipal Level); Deputy Director-General of Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government Letters and Visits Bureau; Deputy Secretary of Ningbo Transport Bureau and Deputy Secretary of Party and Labor Committee; Ningbo Municipal Jiaoto Secretary and deputy director of the Party and Labour Committee of the General Administration; Secretary of the Ningbo Communications Bureau and Party and Labour Committee; Director of the Ningbo Transportation Commission and Secretary of the Party and Labour Committee. He is currently the party secretary and director of Ningbo Water Conservancy Bureau.

Acted in the capacity of assistant engineer of the Fifth Geological Brigade of Zhejiang Province, the officer, deputy director of the Agriculture Division of Ningbo Municipal Planning Commission, the member of Party Committee and the deputy secretary-general of Water Conservancy Bureau, the deputy secretary of Party Committee and deputy secretary-general of Water Conservancy Bureau. Currently serves as the deputy secretary of Party Committee, the inspector and deputy secretary-general of Water Conservancy Bureau.
